This 51-year-old lady complained of the excess skin that was resting on her eyelashes and preventing her from applying eye makeup. She was also bothered by the puffiness and skin textural changes of the lower eyelids. She underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty for a dramatic yet natural-appearing enhancement of the upper and lower eyelids.

Patient 1

This patient was experiencing discomfort from the heaviness of her upper eyelids and was looking for a more youthful and refreshed appearance. She underwent a quad blepharoplasty and ptosis repair to address the droopiness and excess skin on her upper eyelids and under-eye “bags.”
