This 57-year-old patient presented with ptosis of the upper eyelids that made her look tired with an asymmetrical appearance. She was also bothered by drooping of the left brow. This patient underwent a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair, upper blepharoplasty, and left brow ptosis repair to improve symmetry.

Patient 1

This 51-year-old male was bothered by significant drooping of the upper eyelids that were making it difficult to see. He opted for a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair to lift his upper eyelids, allowing more light into the eye and improving his vision. *This photo was taken at 3 months post-op, and the mild residual redness/swelling will continue to resolve over time.*

Patient 2

This 80-year-old lady presented with asymmetric ptosis of the upper eyelids and upper eyelid crease asymmetry that made her appear tired and sleepy. She underwent a bilateral upper lid ptosis repair resulting in brightening of her eyes and improvement in her peripheral vision.

Patient 3

This 74-year-old lady presented with severe upper lid ptosis and excess skin of the upper and lower eyelids. She underwent an upper blepharoplasty with ptosis repair and lower blepharoplasty resulting in a dramatic yet natural-appearing enhancement of the upper and lower eyelids. *This photo was taken at 3 months post-op, and the mild residual redness/swelling will continue to resolve over time.*

Patient 4

This 72-year-old lady presented with droopy upper eyelids and excess puffiness on the left lower eyelid. The patient underwent a conservative upper lid ptosis repair to open her eyes, and a left lower lid skin-pinch blepharoplasty with a dermal filler injection to the left tear trough region to improve her lower lid symmetry.

Patient 5

This 61-year-old patient presented with droopy upper eyelids and complained of looking “sleepy” all the time. The patient underwent a trichophytic brow lift with a ptosis repair and lower lid blepharoplasty to open up the eyelid complex for a brighter and more refreshed look.

This 73-year-old patient was bothered by the drooping and heaviness of his upper eyelids. He underwent an upper lid blepharoplasty with a ptosis repair to improve his vision and quality of life. Results shown are 7 weeks after surgery.
