This 68-year-old patient presented with excess skin drooping over her upper eyelids, causing shadowing. She underwent an upper lid blepharoplasty to achieve a revitalized and refreshed look. *This photo was taken at 3 months post-op, and the mild residual redness/swelling on the upper lids will continue to resolve over time.*

Patient 1

This 30-year-old female had a “suture method” double eyelid surgery done elsewhere. She was bothered by poor crease visibility on the right upper eyelid, multiple creases on the left upper eyelid, and puffiness of the right lower eyelid. She opted for a revision Asian double eyelid surgery to create well-defined creases on both sides, a right lower lid blepharoplasty to reduce excess puffiness, and a lateral canthoplasty to give her eyes a more almond-shaped appearance.

Patient 2

This 73-year-old patient was bothered by the drooping and heaviness of his upper eyelids. He underwent an upper lid blepharoplasty with a ptosis repair to improve his vision and quality of life. Results shown are 7 weeks after surgery.
