This patient was concerned about facial hollowing in the marionette region and nasolabial folds, as well as depressed acne scars on the cheeks. He underwent a fat transfer procedure to restore volume to these areas, for a more smooth and youthful appearance.
This patient was bothered by the excess skin on her upper eyelids and the hollowing of her lower eyelids. She underwent an upper blepharoplasty to remove that excess skin with fat transfer to the lower eyelids for a smoother under eye appearance.
This patient was bothered by the excess skin on his upper and lower eyelids and was looking to fresh his overall appearance. He underwent and upper and lower (quad) blepharoplasty with fat transfer to the tear trough region, cheeks, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and chin to restore facial volume and rejuvenate his overall appearance.
Fat Transfer to Lower Eyelids
This patient was bothered by excess skin covering her eyelid crease, a smaller aperture of the left eye, and dramatic hollowing along the lower lids into the cheek. She underwent a left ptosis repair, upper blepharoplasty, and liposuction with fat transfer to the lower eyelids to improve the symmetry of the eye apertures, improved definition of the upper lid creases, and a rejuvenated appearance to the lower eyelids.
This patient saw a general plastic surgeon who performed fat transfer to the lower lids that resulted in bulging lumps of fat on the lower eyelids without improvement in her lower lid hollowing. She underwent a revision procedure with Dr. Lee, including a lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, liposuction with fat transfer to the under eye region, and laser skin resurfacing for a smoother, more youthful contour to the lower eyelids.
This patient underwent a quad blepharoplasty with a general plastic surgeon but was bothered by the uncorrected eyelid ptosis that made her eyes look sleepy and half closed, residual excess skin on the upper eyelids, and fat prolapse and hollowing under the eyes.
